1. Sales & Business Development Executive

  • Generate new bulk customers (retailers, hotels, event planners).

  • Maintain strong customer relationships.

  • Meet monthly sales targets.

  • Must be confident, organized, and personable.

  • Handle customer enquiries and bulk order requests.

  • Manage communication between clients and logistics teams.

  • Ensure timely order confirmations and updates.

  • Monitor stock levels.

  • Assist with loading, offloading, and product arrangement.

  • Maintain accurate inventory records.

  • Deliver orders safely and promptly.

  • Maintain transport logs.

  • Ensure customer satisfaction during deliveries.

  • Handle basic documentation.

  • Support daily office operations.

  • Must be detail-oriented and organised.
